
Entry-level or experienced dispatchers needed to answer emergency and non-emergency calls for service and ensure adequate resources are prioritized and dispatched for the event.
Salary & Benefits
$49,623 – $66,000/annually dependent on qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience and/or training involving telecommunications or, an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Completion of Basic Telecommunications School.
• Ability to obtain and maintain VCIN/NCIC Level A Certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a United States citizen or have been a lawful resident of the United States for the past 10 consecutive years.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus.
• Ability to work a rotating work schedule, to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
